Nigel Grimes, who runs thebreathingstudio.com, will explain the importance of good breathing in our day to day living and wellbeing. He will explain how to rid yourself of poor breathing habits and lead some practical exercises to improve your breathing techniques for improved health and living life more fully.
During the workshop we will explore how breathing is integral to the mind and body connectivity. Nigel will also provide some less well-known lifestyle ‘no-nos’ that impact our breathing and wellbeing.
