A safe space to be
The Peace Project was born out of the fear and worry I observed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
My training enables me to help people experience inner peace, despite what is happening in the outside world. With so much uncertainty and change, I realised there was a need for a safe space, where people felt heard, supported and were inspired and encouraged to remain peaceful through trying times.
Since it's inception, the Peace Project has provided daily support through it's Facebook page, and has been there for people through global unrest, race riots, political turmoil and some of the most challenging circumstances we have seen this century. The group has enjoyed access to many interviews with global experts discussion topics such as meditation, healing, colour therapy, forest bathing, breathwork and laughter therapy.
