Sam Rehan, a corporate trainer and wellness professional with 24 years' experience joins Becci Godfrey of the Peace Project to explore how laughter can help us access our inner strength to deal with life's ups and downs. With a 30-year background in science, scientific research, corporate training, health, and management, Sam will show you how a few simple breathing and sound exercises can oxygenate the body create a dramatic biochemistry shift, releasing endorphins and reducing cortisol levels.Â
Sam has taught professionals from various industry sectors such as legal, financial, education and many more. A professional member of The International Stress Management Association, Sam worked as a scientist for six years and holds a BSc. She is the author of the health book: "Laugh More, Soar In Your Health, Career, and Relationships."
