About the Event

Having good mental, physical and spiritual health is the foundation of all wellbeing. However, with the pressures of modern life, this is not always easy to achieve.

Meditation is a fast and easy way to let go of stress and return to the present moment. By learning how to live in the here and now we are able to let go of the constant chatter in our mind and experience our true state - one of blissful radiant health.

In this 6-week online Meditation for Health course, healer, coach, meditation teacher and business expert Becci Godfrey will walk you through how to support your physical, mental and experiential health through understanding who you are.

Through a series of educational talks, practical exercises and guided meditation sessions, this course will share with you the often hidden secrets to good health, happier relationships, a passionate and full heart and harmony with your inner and outer world so you get what is important done, and fight life less.  

This course is an absolute must for anyone with any life issues who wants to: 

  - let go of chronic stress and overthinking   

  - stop worrying and start living

  - be more focused and effective in their day

  - support their mind and body so they can perform at their best

  - address blocks to success such as worries about money, time or health

  - deal with physical and/or emotional symptoms and long-term health conditions

Throughout the 6 week course participants will build up a solid understanding of the course content, so they can go away and continue to practice the methods and techniques shared. Follow on support is available by joining the weekly Meditation Group and a recommended reading list.

This course is based on Becci's 20+ years study of the mind-body connection, the Body Calm meditation technique and 11+ years of coaching individuals and businesses. All sessions will be recorded and available as replays for 6 weeks after the course.
