Okuden Reiki (Level 2)

Okuden (奥伝)  in Reiki is translated as the communication (den) of the inner arts (oku), also known as inner teachings.

At this level, students are invited to deepen their Reiki practice to increase their effectiveness in all areas of Reiki mastery, which are:

1.  The Reiki Precepts
2. Meditation
3. Hands on healing
4. Symbols and mantras (new at this level)

In this 2-day course students will:

• Receive the Okuden attunement
• Learn 3 of the 4 Reiki symbols
• Practice how to do distance healing
• Learn how to scan the body for byosen
• Tap into your intuition to know where to best focus Reiki energy
• Explore the set up for a professional treatment

Okuden/Level 2 continues your Reiki journey and is the minimum requirement to practice professionally.
