For some, this stress causes our minds to go into overdrive, questioning and overthinking our every choice. For others, their minds seem to have gone on vacation, resulting in brain fog, absent mindedness and memory loss.
Both are a sign of unmoderated stress on the nervous system as our bodies go into fight/flight/freeze.
