About the Event

In 2017 it was estimated that 284 million people had some kind of anxiety disorder. Since the pandemic, this has likely risen further, as people come to terms with the impact of Covid-19 and the impact it has had on our lives.

For some, this stress causes our minds to go into overdrive, questioning and overthinking our every choice. For others, their minds seem to have gone on vacation, resulting in brain fog, absent mindedness and memory loss.

Both are a sign of unmoderated stress on the nervous system as our bodies go into fight/flight/freeze.

But there is good news! There is something we can do to not only get peace with our mind as it is right now, but build it's resilience for the future.

Meditation helps us to let go of overthinking. Used correctly, meditation can be a wonderful tool to bring about inner calm and outer harmony.

By focusing on calming the nervous system and restoring balance, we naturally let go of focusing on what we don't want and start listening to ourselves in a holistic way.

In this 1 hour free webinar, meditation teacher Becci Godfrey invites you to restore balance in your own world through simple breathing, grounding and mental release. Learning to see the mind with attachment or judgement, we can let go of the need to engage with it, and let it go about it's job of being a part of our body-system, uninterrupted.
