Would you benefit from a calm and relaxing day of healing? Curious about Reiki? Or already a practitioner and in need of a day of self-care? Perhaps you love sharing your healing gifts with others?
Reiki is a calming, gentle and restorative practice that helps us to stay healthy, centred and grounded. An energy healing practice, Reiki is best know for it's ability to calm us, restore harmony, re-engage balance and help us heal physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This one day workshop is for beginners and experienced practitioners alike that would like to support their health and wellbeing. Over the course of the day we will engage in some calming meditations, learn how to give ourselves a treatment and give and receive Reiki from others.
