Reiki Level 1 - Shoden

Reiki is a spiritual practice developed to aid personal development, health and wellbeing. Known best for helping people to relax and activate their innate healing potential, Reiki uses ancient Japanese spiritual teachings to bring mental, physical and spiritual wellness to the 21st Century. 

Becci has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2014. Teaching Reiki to students is one of her favourite activities as it empowers an individual to take positive action to support their health and wellbeing.

In this 2 day course (10am - 4.30pm) for beginners and those wanting a Reiki refresher, you will learn how to tap into this source energy to benefit yourself and others.

Through learning the founding principles of the Reiki, meditation techniques to develop your ability to be peaceful, centred and grounded, hands on healing for yourself, family and friends and receiving four spiritual blessings, this course will give you sufficient knowledge to put in place your own spiritual practice and make a significant impact to others. 

Reiki is a wonderful experience, that leaves people feeling calm, resourced and in a position to heal.

All potential participants are invited to have a treatment with me first to have a first hand experience of Reiki, for us to get to know each other and see if I am the right teacher for you.
