Reiki Level 1 - Shoden

Reiki is a energy-based health practice and spiritual roadmap to enlightenment. Known best for helping people to relax and activate their innate healing potential, Reiki uses ancient Japanese spiritual teachings taught within a modern structure to bring mental, physical and spiritual wellness to the 21st Century.  

Becci has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2014. Teaching Reiki to students is one of her favourite activities as it empowers an individual to take positive action to support their health and wellbeing. 

The practice of Reiki is divided into 5 parts: 

 - The Reiki Precepts - a code of conduct to live by

 - Meditation - to develop self awareness and one pointed-ness

 - Hands on Healing - to harmonise and heal the body, mind and spirit

 - Symbols and Mantras - to develop focus and deepen your understanding of Self

 - Attunement/blessing - a ritual between student and teacher to awaken healing potential  

There are 3 levels to Reiki. This course - Shoden (First teachings) - is for beginners, interested in learning what Reiki is so that they can treat themselves and friends and family.

Learning Reiki is a cost effective way of learning a valuable life skill to support yourself on a daily basis as well as offer compassionate healing support to the ones you love. This 2 day course will walk you through the history of Reiki, it's guiding principles for a happier, healthier life, how to treat yourself with Reiki every day, how to set up a couch to treat others and how to give Reiki to pets, wildlife and plants. Each participant will also receive 4 spiritual blessings to open the energy channel and awaken innate healing abilities. There will be plenty of time to chat, share experiences and had a first hand experience of each of the techniques.

These are powerful and transformative courses that are not to be missed! Places are limited to 4 per course to give everyone plenty of time to ask questions and practice.
