Reiki Level 1 - Shoden

Would you like to know how to calm and support your body so that it can heal, and you can experience more holistic wellbeing and health?

Reiki is a energy-based health practice and spiritual roadmap to enlightenment. Known best for helping people to relax and activate their innate healing potential, Reiki uses ancient Japanese spiritual teachings taught within a modern structure to bring mental, physical and spiritual wellness to the 21st Century.  

Becci has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2014. Teaching Reiki to students is one of her favourite activities as it empowers an individual to take positive action to support their health and wellbeing. 

The practice of Reiki is divided into 5 parts: 

 - The Reiki Precepts - a code of conduct to live by

 - Meditation - to develop self awareness and one pointed-ness

 - Hands on Healing - to harmonise and heal the body, mind and spirit

 - Symbols and Mantras - to develop focus and deepen your understanding of Self

 - Attunement/blessing - a ritual between student and teacher to awaken healing potential  

There are 3 levels to Reiki. This course - Shoden (First teachings) - is for beginners, interested in learning what Reiki is so that they can treat themselves and friends and family.

Learning Reiki is an effective way to support yourself on a daily basis as well as support the ones you love through compassionate understanding and hands on healing.

This 2 day course will walk you through Reiki's origins, principles for a happier, healthier life, valuable meditation techniques for focus and detoxification, how to treat yourself with Reiki every day, how to set up a couch to treat others and how to give Reiki to pets, wildlife and plants. Each participant will also receive 4 spiritual blessings to open their energy channel and amplify their innate healing abilities.

As the course is spread over 2 days, there is plenty of time to chat, ask questions , share experiences and experience each of the techniques taught.

These are powerful and transformative courses that facilitate deep healing and positive development. Places are limited to 4 per course to keep the groups small and friendly .
