Known best for helping people to relax and activate their innate healing potential, Reiki uses ancient Japanese spiritual teachings taught within a modern structure to bring mental, physical and spiritual wellness to the 21st Century.Â
Becci has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2014. Teaching Reiki to students is one of her favourite activities as it empowers an individual to take positive action to support their health and wellbeing.Â
The practice of Reiki is divided into 5 parts:Â
 - The Reiki Precepts - a code of conduct to live by
 - Meditation - to develop self awareness and one pointed-ness
