Service Description
Meditation is best done as a daily practice. Join this practice group to get useful insights into meditation practice, ask questions and benefit from some closed eye practice as part of a group. Each week there will be a topic or theme to explore, plus meditation time to put that new topic into practice. Suitable for those that have learnt meditation in a class and with an established practice. * If people are new to meditation and would like to learn, get in touch or sign up to the next available course.
