Sleep for success

Did you know that 35% of people do not feel they get enough sleep, impacting both their physical and mental health? And that up to 45% of people say sleep issues affect their quality of life, resulting in symptoms such as attention span, memory recall and learning?

Good sleep is like a super-power!

Like exercise and nutrition, sleep is a basic human need, crucial to maintaining health and harmony. Research shows that we spend up to one-third of our lives sleeping, so if you don't sleep well or you feel like you could sleep better, it is definitely an area of your life it is worth investing in.

Getting help

Yet astonishingly, according to a 2010 study into the societal costs of insomnia, most sleep disorders are preventable or treatable, yet less than one-third of sufferers seek professional help.

Having had my own sleep issues through the years, and then having rectified them, I know first-hand just how damaging poor sleep is and how a few simple tweaks can make all the difference.

To that end, I've invited sleep coach, Kelly Banthorpe, to run a webinar 7pm (BST) on Weds 14th June, for my free wellness service, the Peace Project.

Kelly will support you to discover the transformative power of a good night's sleep as she shares her expertise and practical strategies to help you achieve deep and restful sleep.

In this engaging session, you'll learn evidence-based techniques to overcome sleep challenges, enhance sleep quality, and create a peaceful bedtime routine.

Whether you struggle with insomnia, stress-induced sleep disturbances, or simply want to optimize your sleep for improved well-being, this webinar is a must-attend. Don't miss the opportunity to unlock the secrets of a rejuvenating sleep experience and wake up refreshed, energized, and ready to embrace each day.

Register now to attend live or to gain access to the recording, and embark on a journey towards peaceful and blissful nights sleep. And feel free to share this with your connections!
